A few years post-COVID, salon operations were essentially back to normal for Great Clips®, but stylist recruitment was still lagging, creating an inability to meet demand.
We worked with Great Clips to build a recruitment campaign designed to work overtime. Targeting both stylists at competitive salons as well as ones who’d left the workforce, we urged them to choose a salon that offered unmatched stability while allowing them to make the most of their unique talents.
This end-to-end recruitment campaign included concepting and concept testing, video, digital and print.
