Tierra Encantada, an emerging, progressive childcare franchise that had quickly grown in the Twin Cities market, was now making aggressive plans to expand to multiple communities, in multiple cities, in multiple states––all while needing to deliver a brand that felt designed for (and a part of) each of the individual communities it was joining.

Building on Tierra Encantada’s established brand assets, we worked directly with parents in these new markets to identify the messaging and imagery that illustrated their hopes and dreams for their children, as well as their requirements in a trusted childcare center. Armed with these audience-specific insights, we were able to help Tierra Encantada enchant (and enroll) new families across the country, starting from the first day in market.
